We named the bedrooms as the towns of the area: Medulin, Opatija, Rovinj, Banijole.
These are spacious rooms where each has its own personality, as well as the places whose name they bear.
Kitchen and living room are a single cosy and bright space where you can stay all together.
The large kitchen with peninsula is functional to every use, inside you will find everything you need.
The living room with table and chairs can be a nook where you can gather in front of good food while the sofa area is ideal for a delightful evening watching TV.
Beautiful, extremely bright and spacious, the Medulin Room, located on the ground floor of the Villa Dolce Vita, has a comfortable terrace under which you can retreat in the cool and, from the same, you can have a direct access to the outdoor pool.
Within the room you will find a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a spacious dresser with a mirror and a trunk.
The abundance of the space allows to easily add a cot or a crib in case there is a little one with you.
The ease of access to every section of the house makes the rest!
The house is surrounded by two gardens.
The smallest, in front of the house, includes two shaded parking spaces and a pergola covered with vines where you can sit in the cool and have the meal you prefer.
From the front garden you access the larger garden, behind the villa, surrounded by trees and plants and where the pool is located.
Swimming pool and garden are the ideal place to relax, complete with a tree-lined area with table and chairs for a regenerating break from the heat with a good book.
The swimming pool of about 30 square meters is about 1.30 meters high.
In the middle seasons it can be heated up to 25 Celsius degrees and it is equipped with shower, sunbeds, umbrellas and inflatables for the little ones.
In the corner of the large garden there is a covered barbecue with benches and tables for unforgettable evenings with some tasty food and some fine wine.
On the first floor you will find a terrace with sea view with a large table where you can have an aperitif in company.
The garden of the Villa is a small open-air exhibition space. The decorative ceramics and imaginative shapes scattered everywhere are the works of Erika Wensauer. You will feel like you are in a fairy tale garden.
