Welcome at Villa Dolce Vita in Premantura, in the south of Istria, a stone’s throw from the Kamenjak Nature Park, 10 minutes from Pula and Medulin.
In our beautiful Pool Villa, you will spend wonderful days while visiting the wonders of this territory.
The Villa can receive up to 9 guests, is fully equipped for every need, has a wonderful garden decorated with colourful ceramics, swimming pool, barbecue.
The private pool of the Villa is great for cooling off, playing, stay idly sunbathing. Equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, inflatable games and crockery with the possibility of being heated up to 25 ° Celsius.
The cleaning of the Villa is carried out at each change of guests, bed sheets and towels are included.
In the kitchen you will find everything you may need: kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee pod machine (pods excluded), American coffee machine, Moka pot for Italian coffee, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, stove, pots, pans and various dishes and silverware.

The Villa spreads over two floors, surrounded by 750 square meters of green space with swimming pool, a pergola with table and chairs, a large sea view terrace, a barbecue and private shaded parking.
We host up to 9 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the possibility to add up to 2 cots for babies.

Villa Dolce Vita can be rented weekly basis.
Reservations are valid from Saturday to Saturday and prices vary according to the seasons (see price list).
In the period of April, May, September and October it is possible to rent just the ground floor for 2/3 people with a minimum 3 nights.
