A result that fills us with satisfaction, especially because it represents an improvement compared to 2025, when we achieved an excellent 9.8. Improving even further was not a given, but it is concrete proof of our daily commitment.

The Traveller Review Award from Booking.com is granted based on verified guest reviews: reaching a perfect average means delivering an impeccable experience in every aspect. It is a mark of excellence that rewards attention to detail, care for guests, and the genuine quality of hospitality.
It is no coincidence that the Traveller Review Awards are considered among the most important recognitions worldwide in the hospitality industry. A score of 10 represents much more than a number: it is the symbol of “perfect” and “authentic” hospitality, increasingly sought after by today’s travelers.
To make this achievement even more significant, we achieved a Google score of 4.9/5, and last year we also received the “Local Host” quality mark from the Croatian National Tourist Board.
